The Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania or the United State District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim between the parties, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. In any action to enforce these Terms of Use, Northeast Rehab shall be entitled to court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
